Job Description

HOURS: Monday through Thursday 9:00-3:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments (packages, raw materials, equipment, etc.)
• Log and document all received goods into inventory or tracking systems
• Compare shipment contents with purchase orders and packing lists
• Label, package, and prepare outgoing shipments according to company or customer requirements
• Schedule pickups and coordinate with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, freight)
• Track and report any damaged or missing items
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and stock replenishment
