Job Description
Reboot Staff is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support, helping ensure a positive experience for all clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a solid foundation in customer service and office support.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Assist with data entry, documentation, and basic administrative tasks
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain organized records of customer interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
No prior customer service experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential
