Job Summary
The Cage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Main Bank or Cage Vault during the assigned shift, ensuring the secure handling of cash and valuables. The individual is responsible for directly supervising and managing Cage Cashiers, ensuring they follow proper procedures and perform their tasks efficiently. Additionally, the role includes training Cage Cashiers on cash handling, security protocols, and customer service, ensuring they are well-prepared to manage transactions accurately and in compliance with relevant regulationsEducation & Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual proficiency required
• Must hold a valid license from the Puerto Rico Tourism Company
• One to three years of progressively responsible experience in the casino or related industry required
• Strong knowledge of casino rules, regulations, and procedures required
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
Physical Requirements
• Light work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to stand during entire shift.
• Flexible and long hours required.
