REQUIREMENTS

Successful candidates must have solid litigation experience, including researching and drafting pleadings and motions; managing discovery; attending, taking, and defending depositions; handling pre-trial matters; and communicating with opposing counsel and local counsel. Experience in trademark prosecution is strongly preferred. Exceptional writing skills are a must.
